Terms of Service

By using PerkPro ("the service", operated by PerkPro) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Don't misuse the service: no scraping or bulk extraction of our card database, no attempts to bypass usage limits or access other users' data, no reverse engineering, and no using PerkPro to break the law or an issuer's terms.

Card details — reward rates, bonus categories, caps, annual fees, welcome offers, and benefits — come from a mix of manually curated entries and a regularly synced third-party public dataset. This information may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong, and card terms change frequently without notice. We do not warrant that any figure shown in PerkPro is accurate or current. Always confirm terms directly with the card issuer before applying or relying on a rate.

PerkPro produces estimates for informational purposes only. Nothing in the app — including recommendations, net-value calculations, cheat sheets, or answers from the AI assistant — is financial, tax, credit, or legal advice, and no result should be treated as a recommendation to apply for, close, or use any particular financial product. Decisions about credit are yours alone; consider consulting a qualified professional.

PerkPro may earn a commission when you apply for a card through a link in the app. See our disclosure page for how that works and how we keep it separate from the recommendation engine.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we may set fair-use limits (for example on AI assistant messages) to keep the service sustainable. We aim to keep PerkPro available but do not promise uninterrupted service.

You may stop using PerkPro and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that put the service or other users at risk.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PerkPro and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost rewards, points, miles, bonuses, credit-score impacts, fees, interest, or other financial losses arising from your use of — or reliance on — the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months or USD 50.

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
